That doesn't seem fair that they can use two coupons. I would think
either one or the other and eBay probably only allowed them to use the
$50 coupon that you sent them. I would call eBay and talk or chat online
with a customer service agent and see ...
Sorry that happened to you. I would have called ebay. They are always so
helpful on the phone. They understand sellers who are genuine and have a
good track record. The customer should have talked to you first. I never
would have given a full refund ...
