eBay is so stupid they allow negative feedback when the customer was
given a compete refund, that should never happen or be allowed in the
first place. Basically it is fraudulent feedback that only hurts eBay
and their sellers, these guys are as dumb...
Donahoe the former CEO added the fees on shipping to keep the Titanic
from sinking man, Wall Street came calling, without it eBay would have
shown negative growth for the last 5 years........
