How to List Items Renewed by Manufacturer (e.g., HP) If Not an Authorized Refurbisher?

We are not an authorized refurbisher but do sell products renewed/remanufactured by the original manufacturer. For example - HP 4RA81FR#BGJ. How should we list such products in terms of condition ?

Is there a way to Download all listed with Attributes

I want to download all my listings with attributes. The Download Reports sections allows you to but it does not provide the attributes. I don't mind using an API or a simple download as long as I can get all listings with attributes. Thank You.
