This is insane. Things we already sold are going live and selling again. We relisted something else and now there are 6 drafts of the same thing in addition to the live listing. Why does this keep happening?

We use the Global Shipping Program on occasion but we've had a couple requests from countries that we apparently can't. I don't see where to add a country; can someone point me in the right direction?
