Does anyone know what to do when ebay refunds a buyer and closes the case before the item arrives? I did one appeal immediately and they kept their decision. The buyer has the $ and the item now.

Same thing happened to me in NJ. Sounds like a Class Action Lawsuit must be started. I called ebay and was told they are correct in charging sales tax on clothing.
