transaction reports for 2020 and 2021

Is there a way to get complete transaction reports for 2020 and 2021? when I've used the Seller Hub and asked for the reports the 2020 report is empty and the 2021 report starts in mid April.

ebay invoice saving as pdf

Is there any way of saving the EBay invoice as a pdf file on a windows platform? I had a Mac and I was able to use the printer friendly output to export a PDF from the printer screen. That option is not available on my new PC.
