These are not new accounts that are being hit with this draconian hold
only released three days or longer after delivered. New accounts are
always subject to a hold, since I first got involved with ebay over 15
years ago.
That may be and I appreciate the time you have taken to look into it.
Imagine if Ebay would have done that in the first place rather than
P-ing me and other sellers off. Especially if the buyer responded with
excellent feedback. They seem to spend so...
Actually not too many. Perhaps a couple in the last six months and I do
some 30-60 sales or more a month. Something else nefarious going on,
otherwise why not simply tell me, like too many items not delivered, too
many damage or loss claims etc...?
Not everyone, it is being rolled out selectively. They lie, they deflect
and frankly they are just testing the Sellers to see how much abuse they
will put up with. It is a black box and I haven't heard that anyone has
had the holds lifted.
