A potential buyer used Make an offer to ask a question about quantity
etc. I told him I was sure we could work something out and to message
me. I dont think he understands how to do that. I'd like to send him a
message, but how?
I dislike the new way ebay pays/handles the finances. It results in many
small transactions in my checking account. Is going back through PayPal
an option?
