Earlier in the week I could do this by going to the seller hub, orders,
all orders then when you clicked on the item there was a refund button I
could use to refund excess shipping. But it is no longer there? Anyone
find a work around?
This woman keeps sending me rediculous offers on my items after I have
repeatedly told her my prices are firm. Is there a way to report her
EBay and to get these emails blocked? I have blocked her yet the emails
keep coming.
I think EBay should protect sellers. All these late claims because of a
nationwide USPS problem is just not fair. They should extend the time on
