It was a bait-and-switch listing, and yet Seller is now back to 100%
feedback. Didn't even get asked to revise or follow up, and it won't let
me leave feedback again. How do I get the feedback I placed restored?
I don't want a refund. I want the service as described by the title, and
left negative feedback regarding Seller's refusal to perform the
service. Is there any way I can reject this refund?
So I'm supposed to return an item by tomorrow, but the seller hasn't
gotten back to me about making that happen. What do I do? eBay's
policies don't seem to account for international shipping.
