I paid my fees yesterday but it seems I still can't buy anything and I
got another email still saying I was suspended and needed to pay can
anyone help.
I ended up calling my local post master. According to him the phrase
means that it isn't even in the US, which makes no real sense to me as
last time I checked "Processed Through Facility" meant that it was
already done. I think I'm being lied to eit...
