Ebay switched my account to managed accounts, want to send my funds directly to my bank account. They indicated they made a PAY-OUT on 1/20. I still have not received the funds. I can't find a way to contact Ebay about this.

Why would Ebay with hold funds from seller. Never happened to me in last twenty years.
