Anyone else having trouble with the picture program? May 15?

Anyone have an idea of what is going on with EBay’s picture program today? I uploaded pictures to my listing via my IPad and my IPhone, and I still can’t see them in my listing. I also cannot see pictures of other sellers listings. Thank you!

Cannot list from new app

I list my items on my IPad and schedule them for later so I can take my pictures and finish the listing and start the auction with my IPhone. I CANNOT change the start time of my auction on the new Iphone app like I used to and I cannot start my list...

I have had three buyers in the last week, claim I have free shipping and I don't. I use the EBAY shipping Caculator but the screem shot shows thier item and light gray worning " + free shipping" What is up with that? It only started a few days ago .....
