Sold or should I say gave away 2 items due to slow postal service eBay refunded buyers I tracked items and buyers eventually received items but one refuses to pay thank you eBay

I recently lost money due to usps slow service. Customer complained package didn’t arrive yet, they can easily track package but eBay decided to refund them now I’m out a tablet and an iPad tried contacting eBay but their customer service is terrible...

How can eBay refund the buyer for a product that usps has not yet delivered I have no control over priority mail it clearly shows that item was shipped on time and is in route now I’m out the item and the money eBay this is outrageous
