I have a large number of items in my cart, when I try to pay invoices,
it only shows one item. The email has 40 items listed, but when I click
pay now, it only shows one item to pay, and not the rest. The other
items have not been paid for yet.

marked as delivered before it actually is. In some cases, the item NEVER
shows up, and EBAY does not honor their refund policy for lost items

Funny, I don't get a package, and I get the seller saying "what do you
want me to do about it" and ebay refusing to give me my money back. Now
I am filing a chargeback with my CC.
