Hello! Has anyone had any success with filing an insurance claim for an
item broken during delivery using Fed Ex Smart Post? If so, what

I am a top rated seller, and I also have not received any Free
Promotional Listings since October of 2016. It is now July, 2017. I have
spoken with Ebay Customer Service several times regarding this issue,
and they also have stated nothing has change...
