I'm having serious trouble getting the "variations" option to appear in
my new listing (books). I can usually "force" it by re-choosing the
"books" as the listing category, but that is no longer working. Anyone

Actually the buyer left a message with the return request stating she
was returning the items because they were not new. The books range in
condition from like new to acceptable. Most are in the "good" range, but
a "like new" or "acceptable" one pops...
