I received numerous notices that jewelry I have listed for sale violates jewelry policy. I revise the item according to the instructions but it still is not approved for listing.

I received an offer on an item. When I attempted to accept the offer, I received a message that the offer had expired, even though it was only 12 hours since the offer was made. How do I let the potential buyer know that I want to accept their offer.
