I've been here 20 years and it's happening to me, too. eBay has some
bull**bleep** called "processing payment" even though the buyer and I
both have verified PayPal accounts. Is there a new "limbo" caused by
this other payment system ebay is setting ...
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!! Those quoted me $80 dollars to ship a heavy
item. My invoice came back for $125. I'm trying to figure out why and
getting answers is elusive. The FedEx itemization through eBay says
"other charge".
