Shipping costs for buyers higher?

Has anyone noticed that the shipping costs for buyers lately seems high? It is almost double the cost of the actual shipping label? Did ebay change something on their estimate quote end?

Hello,Is there anyway to find the actual cost of shipping that I paid for the entire year on the reports that we have? I can only see the cost of shipping for the buyer and the shipping labels only go up to 90 days?
