has anyone ever paid seller in more than one payment...partial payment?
does ebay allow, and if ebay does allow, steps to do it. thank you.

31.50 was taken from my paypal acct. To cover ebay charitable donation
that was inadvertently chosen when listing 2 items. paypal sends me to
ebay and ebay sends me to paypal. And neither are helping me find a
resolution for returning money in my acc...
