Thanks to everyone who responded to yesterday's question on the new
shipping costs. I've got another issue. Today, I took the package to the
Post Office and was told it's too thin to send as a USPS First-Class
PKG, which is the only way I can figure ...
So, in the last two weeks I've paid four different prices to ship the
same size and weight package First Class USPS with each one a dime
higher than before. The eBay shipping calculator says $1.15 (which has
no basis in reality), so I've paid $2.66, ...
A single buyer bought bid and won multiple auctions, but paid for each
item before I could send her a combined invoice. How do I combine
shipping and reimburse her for the extra amount she paid in shipping
while also getting reimbursed on the shippin...
And still a problem in 2020 on the phone app. Buyers with multiple items
in their shipping cart can send me a message asking for about the
combined shipping and we can agree on a price, but there's no way for me
to send an invoice to them until they ...
I used to offer a flat rate or even free shipping, but now that the Post
Office has changed to zones, rather than weight, it's impossible to do
either unless I put in the top rate for the furthest distance, which
makes the item much more expensive.
