How do I reach customer service or technical support people (PEOPLE not robots) at eBay to get an answer when this community help forum doesn't know it?
I selected a "reason for return" option from the dropdown menu. After typing the "additional comment" section I realized a different selection better fits my reason for the return. How do I change the reason for return?
