Nothing is working on my send offers page. I cant send offers. Everything else is working, I just cant send offers.

P.O. Box address

Somewhere I read not to ship to or cant have P.O. Box address on EBay, but now I cant find it. Some-one with a P.O.Box in the U.S. just orderd something from me. Can I ship the item to them?
