Nothing is working on my send offers page. I cant send offers. Everything else is working, I just cant send offers.

Cant send offers, edit listings, end listings. Been like this since yesteraday evening.

I am having the same issue, and more. I cleared my cache and deleted cookies. 
Throughout yesterday and today, sometimes I could promote, other times not.

Sometimes I could send offers, other times not. 

Right now, I cannot do anything with my Seller's Hub active listings sections.
None of the links work.

I have the same problem, can not send offers. Has been going on for a few days now.

Broken for me as well and resulting in lost sales.

Using Chrome everything is still not working. I cannot use my seller Hub. None of the links work.

HOWEVER, using Safari--everything works. So, whatever is happening is happening in the Chrome browser.

I have the same thing going on, but not all offers are messed up, some let's me send and other times I put in the amount and it won't take it.

Same but cleared cache and history and restarted and now everything works fine.

I did clear cache and history too and it was okay temporarily, and then it stopped working again.

Update: All is fixed.
