I Issued a refund and told the buyer to keep the item BUT eBay went
ahead and started a return anyway now PP is holding their money till I
receive the item back. How do i close this out so PP will give they
their money?
This was nothing but a lie. I did just what they said and they did
nothing they said. At least my customers showed care and understanding
during this time and havekept me at 100% on my feedback.
