Unable to enter weight & dimensions on my listings, fields are gone?

Was fine yesterday. Read the help pages and checked my settings.Tried checking a existing listing and its ok.Revised a existing listing and then tried adding a new listing to no avail.Anybody else?

UK person wants to buy but says the UK England is not available. How do I add it to my settings?

Listing tool template has no box for entering item description.Tried listing without it and error says description required?Worked fine yesterday.
