How did you fix this? I assume you did. I called and the rep asked me to change browser to see if it worked I don't want to download Chrome but I am logged on on my wife's computer and it does work on her computer. I told them that it worked this way and that was the end of the conversation? I told them that did not help me that I am able to use it on another computer they said I had to download Chrome? That does not make sense to me there has to be a way to get it to work on Safari. I am trying to figure out what to say to the next agent when I try again.
