buyer claims item is wrong, admits that they just changed their mind and wants me to cover return postage by filing a false item doesn't match description return claim.

I rcvd neg feedback. I sent item out immediately, post office misrouted, it is still arriving within the expected arrival date. Cust gave neg feedback without contacting me over this matter, so I could help them out. Ebay won't remove the neg feedbac...
