Buyer is trying to rip me off

He is saying my card was not a silver prizm which it was, he only posted the front pic not the back, which I sent him a reply with the back pic of it. Ebay is holding my money. Doesn't ebay protect the seller when you have scammers buying then return...

If shipping something worth money and want to add insurance does that come out of my pocket, or added to the shipping? Or split the cost?
