So I sold a coin for $700 of which eBay charged me over $100 of that but
then I get an invoice this month and I owe them $100 more? Do they
charge that much to sell or should I dispute this second fee?
where do you go to pay the account ....the monthly bill is paid, but a
reinbursement is not???? i have no invoices...and balance is 0...but own
