Same issue here, received a return on Saturday and trying to send refund
through. It asks me to enter my ebay password before it can show me the
next page to be loaded. Haven't been able to put the refund through it
gets stuck asking me for my passwo...
There are too many sellers on eBay, and eBay is not interested in more
and more and more sellers onboard. They would much rather squeeze as
many $ as possible from existing sellers who are willing to pay to play.

The markdown sales mechanic is broken on eBay. It is a proven retail
store strategy, brick andmortar stores have been doing it for a long
time and studies show that retail buyers always respond to markdowns and
