I’ve been trying to add my picture to my profile and I have a been able to get onto that field using my smart phone are used to be able to from a laptop which I don’t have anymore I only have a smart phone why won’t it let me add my picture?

I’m sticking with Amazon from now on eBay is such a rip off anymore all the seller has to do is put in a funny tracking number and pretend like they shipped your item and it’ll hold your money up for over a month this is happened to me twice regardin...

I bought an item a month ago the shipping shows it hasn’t moved in a month eBay put a hold on my case I have not received my refund or my item I’ve clearly been ripped off what would you do?

A seller won't accept my bid I have no returns, disputes or any problems; is it because I am fairly new with 3 years on here and less than 100 buys?
