I allow returns for buyer's remorse. Well a buyer started a return and
so my PayPal put a hold on the entire cost of the item INCLUDING the
shipping cost. Is that normal? I don't see how that money shouldn't be
mine, considering I paid that $2.77 for...
My sales have slowed way down also.......maybe because it's right after
the Christmas season? I just sell casually though, mostly unwanted items
from my home. I don't really sell a certain theme of items
