Are sellers able to ship to the global shipping center in Illinois by using UPS Ground? I have always used USPS and I want to verify that UPS ground is allowed to be used to ship there.

What happened to the Ebay shipping calculator that was available? They changed it and I have no idea if that is the buyer's cost or my cost. You used to be able to click to see buyer cost and seller cost. I am not happy with how they changed things. ...
