Not a question...just a venting

I have been a member on ebay a long time. I am just wondering when ebay lost control of this site? The buyers are much worse (not all, but enough to be frustrating)...they know how to open a return or payment dispute, but they can't answer any emails.  It's so frustrating. I have members opening disputes on my items when they mean to do it on other sellers and then I can't contact them to tell them they have the wrong seller because they don't seem to know how to read emails.....I could go on and on, but won't. Just frustrating so many buyers seem to be wanting to take advantage. I get it, times are hard. You may not want to spend money on something that you may use once or twice, but I have to make a living to. I wish they realized that in the end I lose money when they return items...and for the record, every return I get back is 100% working and resold. I don't make hardly anything when I have to resell it, but at least its not a loss...I would never send something back unless it was blantly misrepresented or smashed to pieces. End of rant....just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a lot more hassles than they used to....Thanks
