Sold an item but the "buyer" never paid me so I contact him. He said he changed his mind and he wants me to cancell the transaction, I said OK and thank you for wasting my time. I did cancel it and now he left me a - feedback....What is going on here...

I sold an item in Jujly, the buyer was happy with the item and left good comments but, he made a mistake and press negative instead of positive feedback. Now I went down from 100% to 95%. It has been over a month already, buyer is willing to help but...
