How do I get a manager, or above, to contact me regarding the order from
hell? On Feb 24th, I won an auction for an ereader and paid via Amex. On
March 5th the USPS said the package was delivered but what showed up in
my mailbox was the label. No box...
I used part of my eBay bucks to purchase an item I later returned. The
non-eBay portion was refunded but I haven't seen my eBay bucks refunded.
How long will this take?
Why would I get insurance if there's an eBay guarantee? I read the fine
print and it covers items not delivered or damaged. Regardless of eBay's
stance (it was delivered or it was damaged) they won't honor their
guarantee.
