It's first time i have received part payment for my sell. Customer is
claiming that he has paid full amount while i have received part payment
in my paypal. Any idea.
Return address with this number is being declined: Why international
customer has not paid shipping cost to his country when i chose $15 flat
rate as shipping cost to anywhere in the world?
I have to refund to buyer but it gives error. May be because i initiated
return which i do not want to receive. Even Refund button at the end of
return page gives error after clicking on it. I just want to refund to
the buyer.
