Eternal round around on EB site about my ebay or seller hub to scroll down to make a partial refund to buyer. Refund never shows up . Has nothing to do with returns. Just promised I would refund $2 or $6 back to buyer- EBAY no help as usual

No contacts or answers from EB on emails sent or problems on hand before virus attack. E-mails being sent to Eb come back as error and not posted or was but not showing Eb got messages-SUCKS
