I have been having this issue for at least a year (using latest version
of Firefox). Sometimes it fixes itself if I refresh the page 2-3 times.
VERY annoying. How hard can it be to put a developer or two on this bug
for a few days and fix it for good...
Yes, I did that as well, a long time ago - everything I could change
(including outbid) is set to "None". Still, the problem persists! BTW,
my understanding is that this page refers to email notifications only,
