I have just noticed that I'm not receiving any sold item, paid item, or

One of my buyers way overpaid on shipping charges. She had two auction
wins and when she selected to combine shipping, the total came to $18.
The most it should have been was $11.90 and that's with no credit for
combing shippment on the two auctions....
