How to get refund on postage for item that had to be cancel?

After paying for the shipping and printing the shipping label, I found that the watch no longer worked. I refunded the payment to the buyer immediately, voided the shipping label and now I am waiting for a refund on the shipping charge. I did all this on August 14, 2015. My paypal account was immediately debited for the amount the seller paid and they were sent the refund. But, I still haven't gotten a credit back for the voided shipping label. How do I go about getting a refund for the shipping charge I paid to ebay's postage service? THanks all for any help!!! Mona
