The shipping invoice has replaced the content of the order number ( eg
sequence of orders) into the custom field, when printing invoice.This
custom field is where I put location of the object.Could some one fix

Well that really would not be eBay's fault. Its pretty easy. Set your
settings to 2 days in automatic unpaid case settings. They will open
case if item is unpaid for on number of days you select. You do nothing.
