fee-FREE listings? If we have 250/month where does it say how many I
used of those 250 or how many remaining? The number of active listing is

I try to change my automatic payment method to a credit card and it does
not work!!! BUG in ebay system?? Made hard intentionally to charge
expenses to credit card???... I used credit card for years and had no
problem. Takes AGES to talk to customer ...

there is some confusion: On Promotional Offers, I see "used/left:
26/224". For February , so that makes sense. On "Monthly Limits", it
says "190 more". Why fewer here? Confusing
