They look to be a stamped design on brass. They would not be considered
a "Picture" button. I don't believe they are antique, but would be
vintage buttons possibly from the 40s or 50s.
I honestly have a difficult time with telling enamels- there are cold
enamels and fired enamels. I would suggest contacting a Button Club in
