i needed to cancel an item

i needed to cancel an item i sold. the postage would have cost 42.00. the price that i asked for in my listing was 12.00. there was no way that i could allow to except this as the cost of the item was 55.00.

for some time now, i was able to adjust my photos. now this is not so. how can i get this back? is there a seperate charge? i found this very important in order to make my items show at its' best.......thanks sandra
