Is it going to be multiplied by the quantity or it will be only charged

I left positive feedback on the wrong purchase by mistake (purchased the

the purchase and want to change my feedback to negative.How do I do

I can find this in the terms.the quote above "Fee amounts are based on
the terms in effect when the listing goes live and when it renews." is
in the "Insertion fees" section and not in the FVF section
