Can anybody tell me anything about this Champagne Flute glass?? I'm
almost positive it's crystal but know nothing else. Trying to figure out
it's worth. Thanks.
Find the payment in your paypal account and there will be a refund link.
Just change the amount and enter. You might also be able to do it if
they filed a return request.
Sometimes I put the money right in the box to the buyer and them message
them to let them know. Or you can go to your paypal account and there is
a refund button to use (if you paid the shipping thru paypal).
Double check every inch of the listing to make sure you didn't miss
important info about the printer - before you file a claim. You can also
post the item number and we can take a look for you. Item condition is
stated in each listing - or is suppose...
I agree with Paws.............once it's delivered it is no longer your
responsibility. If you send a replacement book, that is really nice and
great customer service. If they file an INAD claim you have their ebay
message(s) stating what happened and...
