I sold an item and it arrived damaged. I added extra insurance on it but it says I have to wait 7 days to file the claim. My question is, do I refund the buyer while waiting on the insurance claim or does the insurance company pay them for the broken...
Sold an item and it went to a global shipping center and it's saying undeliverable - restricted item. Its a cell phone case. So.. what now? Will it come back to me?
